Full Planning is a great option if you’d like to have support at every step of your wedding planning process. Whether you have limited time available to plan all of those details, or want expert advice at each step, INLY Events will be there to help manage your vendors and ensure all of your wedding to-do's are on track.
This package offers advice and guidance through your planning process, budget allocation, venue/vendor scouting, correspondence with vendors, custom theme development and all wedding day management services.

Partial Planning is a great option if you're happy to check off some of those larger to-do's leading up to your celebration but understand the value of having extra support along the way.
This package lets you choose three vendors for INLY Events to manage, as well as check-ins along the way to ensure all of your to-do's are on track. Working together and using a custom planning portal, designed specifically for your unique wedding planning needs, allows us to seamlessly ensure you have the support you need.
TENTED PRIVATE PROPERTY
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

This package includes creation of your detailed wedding day itinerary, review of all wedding details you’ve been planning until this point, connecting with your venue(s) and vendors pre wedding, as well as on site guidance of your wedding rehearsal and wedding day.

Reverie is an elevated wedding package for couples who want the convenience of all details planned for them while having their day still feel luxurious, intimate and personal.
We are part of a collaborative group of local Hamilton and GTA wedding vendors bringing you a wedding package that has everything you could want in a wedding day, without the high price tag.
Think of Reverie as a middle-ground between a micro wedding/pop-up wedding/elopement and a large, traditional one - which you might be starting to plan right now!
The Reverie package includes planners (us!), photography, florals, an officiant, live music, bar staff, catering, stationery, rentals, your venue and more.
We have a huge decor inventory available to rent to our INLY Events clients. Our inventory features card boxes, table numbers, easels and more, to fit any design or style your wedding may be. We also offer stationery design, printing & set up for welcome signs, seating charts, place cards and more!

WHAT TO EXPECT
FROM US ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
Two certified wedding planners to be on site for 10 hours
Supervision of your ceremony and reception set up
Arrangement of your small, personal decor (card box, favours, place cards, etc.)
Management of all deliveries, logistics, vendors, venue(s) on your wedding day
Distribution of any outstanding payments and gratuities, if required
Review of your seating chart and floor plan set up prior to reception, for accuracy
Direct your guests as needed and answer any questions they may have
Direction of your wedding ceremony & reception according to your timeline
Work with your vendors to keep your wedding day running smoothly and on schedule
Provide reminders and cues of important moments throughout the day
